- Updating databases daily to ensure there are no overdue items
- Responsible for monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality
- Creating new shipments / files for various modes in the system
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Ensuring relevant documents are uploaded electronically into the system
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates on order status and resolve inquiries
- Keeping system, share point, one drive fully updated
- Track and monitor order status, providing updates to relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring files are passed for charging out & invoicing in a timely manner
- Timely and precise completion of the company system

- Working Hours: 09:00–18:00
- Reporting To: Project Manager

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or international affairs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Intermediate level in English, Azerbaijan, Russian and Turkish languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, suppliers, and customers effectively.
- Capacity to identify issues and propose solutions in a timely manner.
- Basic math skills for handling invoicing, budgeting, and cost calculations.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work effectively.
