- Seek out, develop, and close business opportunities with major Azerbaijani telecom operators.
- Collect and analyze marketing data for the carrier business sector.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new ones.
- Manage and coordinate all activities within the major account.
- Promote the full range of Huawei products and solutions.
- Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams (management, product lines, service support) for smooth project delivery.
- Develop new business plans with customers, defining and building new relationships.
- Achieve financial KPIs for the account.
- Accompany customer in overseas business trips.
- Negotiate and sign high quality commercial contracts.
- Manage commercial project operations.
Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or Telecommunications.
- 3+ years of direct sales or account management experience in communications networks — preferably with an equipment manufacturer, distributor, or system integrator.
- Knowledge of Azerbaijan Carrier Market.
- Be familiar with the Mobile operators Wireless, Network, IT, Datacom solutions and products (preferred)
- Proven track record of building long-term relationships with major accounts mid-level and senior management.
- Skills in exploring opportunities, creating competitive strategies, and planning.
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, engineering, marketing, delivery, commercial contract fulfilment, delivery, supply chain).
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in English, Azerbaijani and Russian.
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
