  • Sales of Azercell’s corporate services, products and solutions to corporate customers in Portfolio;
  • Acquisition of new corporate customers and retention of exiting ones in Portfolio;
  • Increasing of revenue from existing corporate customers in Portfolio, develop new cooperation areas with them and actively seek new sales opportunities;
  • Achieving of quarterly, monthly and annual sales targets according to B2B Sales plan in accountable Portfolio;
  • Conducting and monitoring revenue analysis of existing corporate customers in Portfolio through relevant reports (daily, weekly and monthly);
  • Conducting analysis of competitors' activities in the market;
  • Collecting relevant information about activities of corporate customers and ensuring the confidentiality of this information, along with regular verification;
  • Providing relevant consultations to Azercell’s corporate customers in Portfolio regarding corporate services, products, and solutions;
  • Collecting corporate customers' suggestions and complaints regarding Azercell’s corporate services, products, and solutions, and delivering them to the relevant departments;
  • Participating in relevant tenders announced by existing and potential corporate customers in Portfolio and offering Azercell's corporate services, products, and solutions in accordance with the tender and business requirements;
  • Customer Relationship Management.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Business, Marketing, Commerce, Strategy, or Economics-related discipline;
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales. Experience in Telecom is an advantage;
  • Written and spoken skills in Azerbaijani and Russian – fluent level, written and spoken skills in English ;
  • Proven technological expertise and awareness of Information Technologies and Telecom products and solutions, as well as the latest trends;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and its functionalities;
  • Experience using statistical analysis software and tools;
  • Good knowledge of sales-related modules of Customer Relationship Management platforms;
  • Good knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning platforms;
  • Expertise in Corporate sales processes, including lead generation, account management, portfolio management and agreement conclusion;
  • Strong grasp of business metrics (KPİs) and the ability to manage budgets;
  • Ability to deliver projects;
  • Negotiation skill;
  • Driving license B category .
