• Manage daily laboratory operations related to calibration, valve testing, and pressure leak testing;
• Supervise testing and calibration works for PRV/PSV (Pressure Relief Valves), torque tools, gauges, and pressure instruments;
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and internal quality standards;
• Maintain calibration records, certificates, and all documentation in accordance with company procedures;
• Develop and implement testing procedures ensuring precision, reliability, and traceability of results;
• Plan and coordinate laboratory schedules to meet operational and client requirements;
• Communicate effectively with the operations, QHSE, and maintenance departments;
• Monitor laboratory equipment performance, maintenance, and calibration status;
• Maintain communication with Customers after price submission;
• Participate in internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor degree in Standardization, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering;
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in calibration, valve testing, or industrial laboratory operations;
• English language proficiency;
• Excellent understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 and quality management systems;
• Ample understanding of commercial foundations;
• Strong Leadership & negotiation skills;
• Proven experience managing teams in a technical or calibration environment.
