• The Land Surveyor is responsible for the accurate measurement and mapping of land, construction sites, and property boundaries;
• This role involves the use of geodetic instruments and software tools to collect, analyze, and present spatial data;
• The position requires a degree in Geodesy, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field, along with relevant work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys;
• Operate surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, levels, and theodolites;
• Collect field data and prepare detailed site plans, maps, and reports;
• Determine land boundaries in compliance with legal, technical, and regulatory standards;
• Process survey data using CAD and GIS software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS);
• Provide technical input and support to project design and construction teams;
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of survey documentation;
• Prepare and submit reports, coordinate files, and relevant documentation to public or private stakeholders;
• Follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures during fieldwork;
• Work Location: Baku and regions of Azerbaijan ;
• Type of Assignment: Contract;
• Work Schedule: 5 days a week based on 8 hours per day;
• Start Date: ASAP;
• Salary: based on experience.
