Moore Azerbaijan, an independent member of the global network of auditing and consulting firms Moore Global Network Limited, announces a vacancy for the position of “Lawyer”.

Job description:

• Provide legal and corporate advisory services to local and international clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documentation.
• Advise on company incorporation, restructuring, liquidation, and corporate governance matters.
• Conduct legal due diligence and support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Assist clients with regulatory compliance, licensing, and corporate secretarial matters.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and client reports.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise clients on their impact.

Working hours: 5 days in a week, from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm.

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

• A bachelor's and/or master’s degree in related field;
• At least 3+ years of work experience in the relevant field;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & etc.);
• Ability to communicate legal information in plain language;
• Excellent analytical, legal research, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
