- Develop the academic structure, syllabi, course programs, and assessment systems for English language training under HLI;
- Teach English classes across multiple levels (e.g., General English, Academic English, or Business English);
- Select and mentor future English language instructors;
- Plan teaching schedules, manage workloads, and monitor attendance;
- Analyze participant feedback and propose improvements to enhance training quality;
- Build and promote a positive, structured, and innovative learning culture within HLI;

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching English (preferably to adults);
- Proven experience in curriculum development and academic planning;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (certifications such as IELTS 7.5+, TOEFL, TKT, TESOL, or equivalent are a plus);
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset;
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
