- Project Scheduling: Develop baseline schedules for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects, using tools like CPM (Critical Path Method) to coordinate timelines.
- Resource Management: Forecast and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project demands efficiently.
- Documentation & Standards: Create and manage work instructions, Management of Change levels, and readiness assessments.
- Risk Identification: Expose schedule risks, analyze potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordination: Lead communication between engineering, procurement, construction and client operations teams to ensure alignment.
- Performance Monitoring: Track progress against schedules, update plans, and report deviations to management.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage high-visibility changes, such as customer BOM (Bill of Materials) updates, and ensure stakeholders are informed.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide inputs for continuous performance improvement and implications for project planning processes.

- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex data and foresee scheduling conflicts.
- Technical expertise: Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Leadership: Guiding planning teams and ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
