- Support PSCM planning, strategy, and execution across assets;
- Review and recommend Annual Procurement Plans and Tender Strategies;
- Conduct market screening and develop bidders lists;
- Evaluate technical and commercial bids, and participate in tender openings;
- Manage contract awards, variations, and extensions;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and operator reps during tender governance;
- Maintain and update PSCM documentation, PVL, reports, and Governance Register;
- Ensure compliance with PSCM processes, Productution Service Agreement, Joint Operating Agreement, Reconnaissance Survey Agreement rules, and legal standards;
- Drive transparency, competition, and process improvement initiatives;
- Mentor and support new PSCM staff.

Tələblər
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in O&G Supply Chain (Upstream mandatory);
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business, or Supply Chain;
- PSCM certifications (preferred);
- Strong understanding of international procurement and tendering processes;
- Basic legal knowledge and contract evaluation skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills;
- Ability to lead and improve procurement processes;
- Advanced English language skills (C1/C2);
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
