• Support PSCM planning, strategy, and execution across assets;
• Review and recommend Annual Procurement Plans and Tender Strategies;
• Conduct market screening and develop bidders lists;
• Evaluate technical and commercial bids, and participate in tender openings;
• Manage contract awards, variations, and extensions;
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and operator reps during tender governance;
• Maintain and update PSCM documentation, PVL, reports, and Governance Register;
• Ensure compliance with PSCM processes, Productution Service Agreement, Joint Operating Agreement, Reconnaissance Survey Agreement  rules, and legal standards;
• Drive transparency, competition, and process improvement initiatives;
• Mentor and support new PSCM staff.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in O&G Supply Chain (Upstream mandatory);
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business, or Supply Chain;
• PSCM certifications (preferred);
• Strong understanding of international procurement and tendering processes;
• Basic legal knowledge and contract evaluation skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills;
• Ability to lead and improve procurement processes;
• Advanced English language skills (C1/C2);
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
