  • Supporting the development of internal innovation culture;
  • Reviewing and optimizing procedures to enhance organizational innovative capacity;
  • Engaging with stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation;
  • Involving teams to foster participation in innovation initiatives;
  • Implementing and overseeing internal idea management programs and actively collaborate with local and international start-ups in core and related business;
  • Working with the relevant segments to identify, filter and manage innovation opportunities;
  • Researching recent innovative developments and developing reports;
  • Facilitating community meet-ups, assist in distributing innovation newsletters, and assisting in organizing innovation events;
  • Run relevant analysis in order to identify pain points across the value chain and develop program to seek and find innovative solutions in overcoming these points;
  • Centralization and coordination of innovative proposals across SOCAR Group;
  • Cooperate with other ecosystem players;
  • Supporting the design and implementation of educational programs (train the trainer) aimed at fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and culture within SOCAR Group.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance;
  • At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in oil and gas industry, private equity and management consulting, innovation ecosystem organizations;
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of innovation management and startups;
  • Knowledge in basic principles of finance, accounting and financial modelling, business planning;
  • Well informed about global, regional and local startup ecosystems;
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Time management and organizational skills;
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders;
  • Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking;
  • Computer skills (MS Office);
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English;
  • CIMA, PMP and other certificates are privilege.
