İş haqqında məlumat

  • Collect and systematize requirements related to human resources processes, and coordinate with technical teams for the development of digital solutions;
  • Support HR teams during the implementation of new systems and tools, and provide guidance on their usage;
  • Participate in the digitalization of HR processes (such as payroll, compensation, recruitment, training and development, etc.) and propose improvements for process simplification;
  • Ensure that the implemented systems comply with internal policies and procedures, as well as labor legislation.

Tələblər

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or IT related field);
  • At least 3 years of experience in HRIS, Digitalization of HR processes or HR related processes;
  • Knowledge of and ability to work with SAP/SuccessaFactors and other HR systems, digitalization and HR projects;
  • Collaborating ability with IT teams;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and support HR teams;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.;
  • Problem solving and initiative-taking skills;
  • Fluency in English.
