  • Identify training needs, design learning interventions (technical, behavioral, and leadership programs), and ensure alignment with strategic objectives;
  • Organize and support the performance appraisal process, ensuring transparency and constructive feedback from department heads;
  • Coordinate and manage a variety of training programs, including e-learning, seminars, and offsite sessions in collaboration with external vendors;
  • Support the creation of individual learning plans, defining employee KPIs aligned with organizational goals;
  • Prepare and manage the training budget effectively;
  • Create and distribute quizzes (online & offline) to assess learning retention, including data collection and analysis;
  • Monitor and evaluate the training program's effectiveness and prepare periodic reports on outcomes and impact;
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on how effectively learning has been transferred and applied in the workplace;
  • Measure and report on employee development progress, providing insights to senior management;
  • Collaborate with leadership in succession planning and developing high-potential talent for critical roles;
  • Support the performance appraisal process by ensuring transparency and constructive feedback from department heads, while actively collaborating with managers to identify employee development needs and areas for improvement;
  • Promote fair and transparent evaluations, and assist managers in delivering meaningful feedback that leads to actionable development plans based on identified skill gaps;
  • Work Hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday;

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus);
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Talent Development roles;
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, both online and offline;
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a strong advantage;
  • Prior experience in working with performance management processes and supporting leadership development is preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors;
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to assess learning impact and ROI;
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (written and verbal); knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
