- Administer all Training, Learning and Development activities in a timely and competent manner for specific region;
- Focal point for all Training, Learning and Development queries for specific region;
- Assist as required in rolling out workshops for internal staff development;
- Undertake the preparation, publishing and circulation of any internal learning programmes, being responsible for the promotion of workshops in order to ensure maximum take up;
- Ensure learners have appropriate access to training and development events.Prioritising and taking appropriate action when course numbers are too high or low;
- Assist in developing and disseminating learning materials, training hand outs and briefings for in-house training;
- Liaise with external vendors on the commissioning of training;
- Drive ‘myJourney’ annual review and update, ensuring approved assessors have undertaken training, and promotion of completion in line with agreed procedures;
- Coordination and administration of the Intern programme (region specific);
- Coordination and administration of Graduate training;
- Support enrolment, as appropriate and approved, to Engineering institutes;
- Administration of PEAK for applicable users, ensuring access is in place and users are coached on system;
- Maintaining updates within PEAK and ensuring completion of actions in a timely manner, or escalated as required;
- Liaison with local universities to build ongoing relationships;
- Coordination and administration of the Drilling Expertise Modules (region specific);
- Undertake other specific Learning and Development projects as directed;
- Develop, expand and maintain Training and Competency Systems;
- Administer training requests ensuring management approval is in place, booking of training and logistics where required;
- Maintain and build a directory of trusted vendors.
Tələblər
- Either: Pass grades at Higher level (or equivalent) in suitable subjects or Pass grades at National 5 level (or equivalent) in suitable subjects supported by an Administration qualification;
- Qualification in Learning and Development practises, or working towards;
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role;
- Proficient in the use of MS office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
- Excellent written and spoken English.
