- Conduct training needs analyses to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge;
- Design and develop engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning materials, incorporate best practices in adult learning theories and instructional design;
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, ensuring high-quality delivery and participant engagement, oversee the scheduling and logistics of training programs;
- Design training modules and materials;
- Monitor and Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, continuously improve training programs based on evaluations and changing organizational needs;
- Create and implement leadership development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline., provide coaching and mentoring to develop employees' leadership skills;
- Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring effective use of resources;
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities, outcomes, and ROI, analyze training data to inform strategic decisions and improve program effectiveness.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development within hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational and project management abilities;
- Proficiency in training software and Learning Management Systems (LMS);
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English.
