• Manage active shipments, prepare and send weekly status table to the clients
• Negotiating contracts, transportation and handling costs, preparing quotations.
• Opening of dispatch references of all shipment profiles and job files in system for all import/export shipments.
• Ensuring that all appropriate documentation is kept on file and available for inspection at all
• times.
• Working as per logistics procedures in line with organizational requirements.
• Controlling transportation and distribution costs, negotiate transportation rates and services with subcontractors.
• Receiving and confirmation of pre-alert in accordance to types of transportations.
• Control of shipment profiles closing.
• Co-ordinate with Customs Brokers.
• Preparation of supporting documents for local invoicing.
• Any other tasks given by the man

Job type and working hours:

• This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday 10:00 a.m to 13:00 a.m

• Minimum 3 years work experience in Sea, Road and Air transportation (mainly Seafreight)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum upper intermediate level of English (Russian will be great advantage);
• You must be result-oriented, able to take responsibility, attentive.
