• AIMC (Azerbaijan International Mining Company)- is engaged in the exploration and production of gold, copper and silver in Azerbaijan.
• Logistics specialists are responsible for logistics operations, both domestic and international in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Work Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
• Employment: Full-time (5 working days / 2 days off)

Job responsibilities include, not limited to:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient service / delivery to destination point
• Oversee customs clearance and international shipping documentation in compliance with import/export regulations
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to synchronize logistics with operational needs
• Monitor deadlines, and obligations to ensure fulfillment by all parties as per PO / Contract
• Implement and maintain logistics procedures, including packaging, labeling, and tracking , if applicable
• Resolve logistics issues such as delivery delays, damages, and documentation discrepancies
• Ensure all required documentation is complete for payment processing and submit it to the accounting department
• Manage and maintain accurate logistics records
• Other duties assigned by Management 

• Bachelor’s degree + any certifications are a plus;
• 4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse operations, and inventory control;
• Familiarity with international trade, customs procedures, and Incoterms;
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani languages is required
