- Prepare screening reports, memos, synopsises on investment opportunities;
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including sensitivity and scenario analysis;
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to assess investment opportunities;
- Assess the fair market value of potential investments and recommend strategic actions;
- Assist Management and stakeholders with preparation of LOI, SPA and other documents;
- Conduct internal due diligence on potential investments, critically assessing the accuracy and reliability of financial information;
- Formulate clear and well-supported investment recommendations based on comprehensive analyses;
- Present investment proposals, highlighting key insights and potential impacts.
Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields;
- At least 1 year work experience for M&A analyst and 3 years for leading M&A analyst. International experience or experience in International companies is desirable;
- Knowledge in Corporate Finance;
- Professional user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel);
- Strong research skills to stay updated on economic indicators, market trends, and geopolitical events that may impact investment decisions;
- Ability to apply quantitative analysis techniques to assess risk and return metrics, including statistical analysis and scenario modeling;
- Mastery of various valuation methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transactions to assess the intrinsic value of investments;
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large sets of financial and market data to identify trends and patterns;
- Effective communication skills to convey complex financial information and investment recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Ability to analyze situations, make sound judgments, and solve complex problems;
- Collaborative approach in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Efficient use of time and resources to meet deadlines and achieve objectives;
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani. Russian is desirable;
- Passing CFA levels is desirable, other international certificates are also considered a plus.
