İş haqqında məlumat

  • Assist the Facilities/Custodial Manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring maintenance and cleaning activities across the school;
  • Help assign daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to custodial staff;
  • Monitor completed work to ensure quality standards, safety, and compliance with school policies;
  • Support scheduling of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections;
  • Report facility issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to the Manager;
  • Help coordinate setup and logistics for school events and activities;
  • Maintain records of staff schedules, supply usage, and work orders;
  • Serve as a point of contact between staff, vendors, and the Manager when needed.

Tələblər

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in facilities management or administration is a plus;
  • Experience in a school, custodial, or maintenance environment preferred;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate tasks effectively;
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance processes (not hands-on work, but for oversight purposes);
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under general guidance;
  • Proficient in both verbal and written Azerbaijani and English; Russian language skills are an advantage;
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procurement processes;
  • Integrity and ethical behavior in handling sensitive procurement information.
