- Coordinate administrative and operational activities of the medical facility;
- Ensure smooth collaboration between medical staff (doctors, nurses, technicians) and the administrative team;
- Plan and monitor physicians’ schedules, medical rooms, and equipment utilization;
- Oversee patient coordination: appointments, inquiries, and issue resolution;
- Manage documentation flow, including medical records, internal reports, and official orders;
- Liaise with external stakeholders (insurance companies, medical suppliers, government bodies);
- Prepare analytical and financial reports for senior management;
- Ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards, safety, and hygiene regulations;
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving the clinic’s efficiency and patient experience.

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields (medical background is an advantage);
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare administration, operations, or coordination roles;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- Knowledge of medical documentation processes and healthcare regulations;
- Proficiency in medical information systems (MIS/EMR) and MS Office;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani (mandatory), with good command of Russian and English considered a strong advantage.
