- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing Marketing team (digital, content,design, research).
- Lead and manage all marketing functions: market research, content management, leadgeneration, brand management, advertising, digital marketing, internal communications.
- Develop and implement both external marketing strategies (to attract prospective students, partners, stakeholders) and internal communication strategies (engaging current students, faculty, alumni).
- Define and manage brand positioning, core messaging, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Oversee website management and optimization, digital presence (social media, SEO/SEM), email marketing, content creation, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Plan, maintain, and monitor marketing budgets and forecast performance metrics; ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Oversee lead generation programs, from outreach to admission funnel management.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative units to align marketing strategies with institutional goals (student recruitment, internationalization, partnerships).
Tələblər
- MBA or Master's degree is required, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Prior experience working in a university environment or other higher education / academic institutions, with demonstrated success in marketing or enrolment management is preferred.
- Experience in global or cross-regional context, ability to collaborate across cultures, understand international education markets, and communicate effectively in English; familiarity with higher education trends abroad is a plus.
- Experience with website management/optimization, digital marketing tools (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, analytics).
- Strategic mindset, ability to define priorities, set goals, measure and evaluate impact of marketing initiatives, and partner with academic/ business development units to drive growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, empathetic, inspiring, and capable of building trust and engagement across teams (faculty, staff, students).
