  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage both digital and offline marketing campaigns from idea to implementation and post-campaign analysis;
  • Oversee and optimize performance across digital channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, Email Marketing, SMS/Push;
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns including targeting and performance optimization (Meta, Google, etc.);
  • Prepare content briefs and coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators;
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making;
  • Work closely with Kazakhstan (KZ) and Uzbekistan (UZ) teams to align strategies and share best practices;
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and establish efficient processes and structures.

Tələblər

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience (especially in digital marketing);
  • Strong ownership and problem-solving skills – not just an executor but someone who brings solutions;
  • Strong vision and a creative approach to marketing;
  • Knowledge of digital channels and tools: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, Email Marketing, SMS/Push;
  • Experience with targeting and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.);
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to work with numbers and prepare reports;
  • Content creation and coordination skills – writing texts, preparing briefs, assigning tasks to designers and videographers;
  • Experience in campaign management (both digital and offline);
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, especially working with international teams (KZ and UZ);
  • Experience in budget management and building effective structures.
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani (native level), Russian and English (working proficiency);
  • Hands-on experience with marketing & analytics tools: Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
