• Review plans and specifications to ensure design intent and compliance.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of the MEP team and liaise with architects and engineers.
• Prepare plans, details, cost estimates, and specifications for plumbing, HVAC, and piping systems.
• Monitor contractor schedules, shop drawings, method statements, and technical proposals.
• Conduct inspections and provide technical feedback on site works, testing, and commissioning.
• Review material proposals, subcontractors, O&M manuals, and ensure documentation compliance.
• Identify and address design or coordination issues, providing technical clarifications where necessary.
• Maintain a defect list and oversee contractor remedial works and final snagging.
• Attend technical and progress meetings and provide expert input.
• Advise the Project Director on variable costs and support project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction with expertise in MEP systems.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, codes, and coordination practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Azerbaijani: Fluent; English: Proficient (written and spoken).
