Management and coordination of the Microbiology Department,
Preparation of work plans for the microbiology team, task allocation, and ensuring follow-up of processes,
Ensuring intra-team coordination in microbiology workflows and providing necessary technical guidance,
Contributing to product quality by ensuring the execution of the following Microbiology Department activities in line with current guidelines:
Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with current guidelines,
Microbiological environmental monitoring of production areas,
Microbiological monitoring of water systems,
Development and implementation of microbiological analysis methods for starting materials and finished products,
Microorganism identification tests,
Monitoring calibration processes of laboratory equipment,
Microbiological validation tests required for Product Quality Assurance,
Preparation, storage, and tracking of microorganism reference cultures,
Preparation and control of media and solutions used in the laboratory,
Monitoring and control of laboratory consumables.

Graduated from a university Biology program,
Preferably at least 5 years of experience in a Microbiology Laboratory within the pharmaceutical industry
Able to combine technical expertise with team leadership; capable of providing technical guidance to team members, managing task follow-up, and ensuring coordination
Possesses prioritization, decision-making, and coordination skills in environments involving multiple projects and stakeholders,
Knowledgeable about the microbiology-related sections of pharmaceutical guidelines
Proficient in English at a level sufficient to actively conduct discussions in reporting, guideline follow-up, and verbal communication,
Inclined to work cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Departments, and Purchasing teams,
Able to think analytically while evaluating processes holistically; detail-oriented, results- and quality-focused,
Possesses planning, budgeting, coordination, analysis, and reporting skills related to purchasing activities.
