• Independently design and implement scalable backend components and database schemas for new features.
• Develop complex AI-driven workflows, including multi-step agentic behaviors and high-performance data parsing from LLMs.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and reduce AI response latency.
• Conduct rigorous Code Reviews for peers and junior developers, ensuring adherence to SOLID principles and industry best practices.
• Design and maintain robust, versioned RESTful or GraphQL APIs that are secure and well-documented (OpenAPI/Swagger).
•  Manage production environments, monitor logs (ELK stack, Prometheus/Grafana), and troubleshoot critical on-site issues.
• Guide Junior developers, assist in breaking down high-level business requirements into technical tasks, and provide accurate effort estimations.
• Create advanced Bash/Python scripts to automate infrastructure management and local/staging deployment processes.
• Take an active role in Scrum ceremonies, often leading technical discussions during sprint planning and refinements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 2–4 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Advanced knowledge of Python (asynchronous programming, decorators, context managers) and mastery of Django and FastAPI.
• Experience in designing relational schemas (PostgreSQL), query optimization, indexing, and NoSQL modeling (MongoDB). 
• Advanced usage of Redis for distributed locking and Pub/Sub.
• Strong understanding of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
• Expert-level experience with Celery and RabbitMQ, including handling complex task retries, priority queues, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Docker (multi-stage builds, orchestration) and experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Comfortable with advanced Linux/Bash automation.
• Proven track record of writing comprehensive test suites (Unit, Integration, and E2E) using Pytest to maintain high code coverage.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone), and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain or LlamaIndex).
