- Conduct NDT inspections (MT & UT) to ensure quality or to detect discontinuities (defects);
- Performing NDT procedures and other operations;
- Set up and utilize Non-destructive Test Equipment;
- Performs NDT inspection of material per the appropriate product manuals and work instructions;
- Performs NDT training to delegated Level II and trainee NDT Inspectors;
- Perform preliminary and hidden damage inspections of parts submitted for repair;
- Perform in-process inspections & auditing of parts undergoing repair or modification;
- Knowledgeable in setting up and using wet magnetic particle inspection equipment, including but not limited to gauss meters, light meters, and magnetic particle inspection booths;
- Provide visual/measured inspections/tests of materials/products to ensure conformance with standards and determine if products meet all requirements;
- Complete inspection records, and report and follow appropriate codes and regulations;

- Inspect materials or plates, outgoing materials, fittings, and welds throughout the manufacturing process;
- Perform magnetic particle inspection;
- Review construction drawings, specifications, conditions, commitments, work plans and procedures;
- Participate in NDT daily meetings including daily job hazard assessments;
- Complete daily report on NDT activities, progress, and issues;
- Management and coordination of NDT work activities and crew assignments with the GCC/EPC ;
- support construction requirements;
- Verification that the NDT Contractor is working to approved NDT procedures;
- Progressively assess the competency of non-destructive testing personnel;
- Performing in-process inspections and audits of non-destructive testing activities;
- Monitor the calibrating of NDT equipment in accordance with written practices;
- Review of radiographic film and UT scan data for conformance to applicable technique requirements;
- Review of radiographic film and UT scan data to assure that welds deemed acceptable by nondestructive;
- Review of non-destructive test reports are accurate, complete, and signed off by the appropriate;
- non-destructive testing personnel;
- Ensure that the non-destructive testing reports, radiographs, and UT scan data is organized;
- Ensure that rejected work is repaired or replaced through tracking of repairs and cut outs.

Tələblər
- For Azerbaijani Citizens Only;
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in NDT inspections within the oil & gas, fabrication, or construction industries;
- Valid Level 2 certification in PT (Penetrant Testing), MT (Magnetic Testing), and UT (Ultrasonic Testing) — accepted schemes: ISO 9712, CSWIP, or PCN;
- Sound knowledge of applicable standards: ASME, AWS, API, ISO, and ASTM;
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and inspection procedures;
- Familiar with fabrication processes, welding techniques, and defect characterization;
- Ability to perform and review NDT reports, inspection records, and traceability documentation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic data analysis;
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work independently;
- Good command of Azerbaijani and English, (Russian is an advantage);
- Willingness to travel to onshore/offshore sites when required;
- Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
