- Ensure the effective implementation of the IB PYP program and collaborate closely with the Primary Principal, Deputy Heads, IB PYP Curriculum Coordinator, and colleagues to develop and implement a relevant, challenging, and balanced curriculum;
- Design and implement a relevant, challenging, and rigorous curriculum;
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons, fostering critical thinking skills;
- Contribute to collaborative learning across all school levels;
- Create inquiry-based classrooms based on trust and respect;
- Select relevant resources and digital tools to enhance learning;
- Develop appropriate assessment tasks, providing timely feedback;
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues;
- Write formal reports on a timely basis;
- Attend Parents’ Meetings and PTC sessions.
Tələblər
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Music;
- Recognized teaching qualification;
- Minimum two years’ teaching experience in schools;
- Previous experience with IB preferred; IB training required;
- Ability to establish professional relationships with students, colleagues, and parents and create strong connections with all members of the school community;
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment;
- English language proficiency (Minimum B2);
- Familiarity with various teaching resources and digital tools;
- Commitment to continuous professional development;
- Play an active role in the school’s co-curricular program.
