• We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network environments, ensuring high availability, security, and operational continuity across the organization. The role requires strong technical expertise in routing, switching, network security, troubleshooting, and enterprise network operations.

Key Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure Management

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN). 
• Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, and wireless systems. 
• Ensure network availability, scalability, and performance optimization. 

Routing & Switching

• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies including VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, and static routing. 
• Manage inter-VLAN routing, traffic engineering, and network segmentation. 
• Perform routing optimization and redundancy implementation. 

Network Security

• Configure and maintain firewall solutions such as Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco ASA, or equivalent. 
• Implement and manage VPN solutions including IPSec and SSL VPN. 
• Apply network security best practices aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST standards. 
• Manage ACLs, NAT, DMZ environments, and secure remote connectivity solutions. 

Network Monitoring & Performance

• Monitor network performance using tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, and SolarWinds. 
• Perform traffic analysis, bandwidth monitoring, and capacity planning. 
• Identify and resolve network bottlenecks and performance issues. 

High Availability & Redundancy

• Design and implement high availability network architectures including HSRP, VRRP, failover, and load balancing technologies. 
• Ensure business continuity and infrastructure resilience. 

Wireless Infrastructure

• Configure and manage enterprise wireless solutions including Ubiquiti, Cisco, and Aruba platforms. 
• Optimize Wi-Fi coverage, security, and performance using WPA2/WPA3 standards. 

Incident & Problem Management

• Troubleshoot complex network issues within production environments. 
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions. 
• Support incident management processes aligned with ITIL practices. 

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain updated network diagrams, IP addressing plans, SOPs, and configuration backups. 
• Participate in change management and infrastructure standardization processes. 
• Prepare technical reports and provide regular operational updates to management. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in enterprise network administration. 

Strong hands-on experience with: 

• Routing & Switching technologies 
• Firewall administration (Palo Alto, FortiGate,) 
• VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN) 
• Enterprise wireless infrastructure 

Solid understanding of: 

• TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP 
• Network security principles and segmentation 
• NAT, ACL, DMZ architectures 

Experience with: 

• Network monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds) 
• High availability and redundancy solutions 
• Performance optimization and traffic analysis 

Practical experience troubleshooting production network environments. 

Familiarity with ISO 27001 / NIST security frameworks. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE, PCNSA, or equivalent. 
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies. 
• Familiarity with NAC and Zero Trust architecture.
