- Supervise and manage all Front Office operations during the night shift.
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Conduct Night Audit procedures and prepare daily financial and operational reports.
- Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and system postings.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Maintain safety and security standards during night hours.
- Support and guide night shift team members, ensuring high performance and service quality.

Tələblər
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations (Night Audit experience preferred).
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (Opera experience preferred).
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibility during night shifts.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and stress-resistant personality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage team performance and maintain service standards.
