• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety legislation and company safety rules
• Identify risks, recommend preventive and corrective actions, and monitor implementation
• Investigate work accidents, near misses, and occupational diseases; develop preventive action plans to eliminate recurrence
• Participate in risk assessment studies and follow up on mitigation measures
• Plan and monitor workplace surveillance, environmental measurements, and periodic controls
• Contribute to emergency preparedness planning (fire, explosion, natural disasters) and monitor drills and training
• Support the planning and delivery of occupational health and safety trainings
• Participate in the preparation of annual OHS evaluation reports and annual work plans
• Prepare and monitor OHS procedures, instructions, and work permit systems
• Organize OHS meetings, track decisions, and support employee representatives
• Provide OHS input in ongoing and planned projects
• Review subcontractor risk assessments and periodic equipment control reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (4-year university degree)
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or legally required Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience aligned with industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
