The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.
- Provide general administrative support to the department and staff;
- Answer and route phone calls professionally;
- Manage and monitor office expenses;
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records, including personnel files;
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments (internal and external);
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets;
- Organize company documents and update filing systems;
- Distribute incoming correspondence and manage mail;
- Handle office supply inventory and orders;
- Assist in the preparation of job postings and application screening;
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for administrative operations.

Tələblər
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience;
- Proficiency in Russian and English at an upper-intermediate level;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
