The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.

  • Provide general administrative support to the department and staff;
  • Answer and route phone calls professionally;
  • Manage and monitor office expenses;
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital records, including personnel files;
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments (internal and external);
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets;
  • Organize company documents and update filing systems;
  • Distribute incoming correspondence and manage mail;
  • Handle office supply inventory and orders;
  • Assist in the preparation of job postings and application screening;
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for administrative operations.

Tələblər

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience;
  • Proficiency in Russian and English at an upper-intermediate level;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
