We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of our office and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks in the office;
- Maintain office supplies and equipment;
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence;
- Receive and dispatch official letters and documents to/from relevant addresses or authorities;
- Prepare reports and presentations as requested;
- Welcome guests and ensure office areas are kept tidy and professional;
- Plan and organize internal company events (e.g. New Year parties, corporate celebrations, team-building activities).

Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role ;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is an advantage);
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Knowledge of basic office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.);
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
