İş haqqında məlumat

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the office;
  • Answer phone calls, handle correspondence, and greet visitors professionally;
  • Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records;
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory;
  • Assist management and staff with administrative support tasks;
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting rooms when needed;
  • Liaise with service providers and handle basic accounting or HR documentation when required;
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: 700 AZN

Workplace: Çinar Plaza, Baku

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Management, or a related field);
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented personality;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).
