İş haqqında məlumat
- Manage daily administrative operations of the office;
- Answer phone calls, handle correspondence, and greet visitors professionally;
- Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records;
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory;
- Assist management and staff with administrative support tasks;
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting rooms when needed;
- Liaise with service providers and handle basic accounting or HR documentation when required;
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: 700 AZN
Workplace: Çinar Plaza, Baku

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Management, or a related field);
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented personality;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).
