- The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office and ensuring a productive, organized, and efficient work environment. This role supports business operations by managing office facilities, coordinating administrative activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and providing operational support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the workplace environment is safe, efficient, and well-organized.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and office logistics.
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
- Provide administrative support to management and employees, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Maintain office calendars, records, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning services, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure office facilities, furniture, equipment, and utilities are properly maintained.
- Organize company events, meetings, training sessions, and conferences.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation logistics when required.
- Monitor office-related expenses and support budget tracking activities.
- Communicate with vendors, service providers, and employees to resolve administrative issues.
- Support HR activities, including onboarding, employee orientation, and administrative HR processes.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and company events.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and administrative efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in office administration, office management, or a similar role.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with office administration systems and document management practices.
