Department: Transportation operator (various positions are also vacant in different departments)

• Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and clients to ensure smooth daily operations;
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner;
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation;
• Ensure compliance with U.S. trucking regulations and company policies;
• Perform administrative tasks and assist with data entry as needed.

Everything listed above is taught within 14 days of the training period within the company. Hence, no experience is required in this specific field.

Working hours:

• 16:00- 23:00 (day shift)
