İş haqqında məlumat
- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from drivers between 10 AM and 7 PM.
- Handle service requests related to fuel, road conditions, fines, Drivers Health issues, Traffic accidents and damage reports.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to driver’s issues.
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
- If necessary, communicate with police officers regarding fines and traffic accidents. Communicate with gas station operators and other suppliers when necessary.
Location: Nasibbey Yusifbeyli 86 str. Baku Azerbaijan
Salary: 900-1000 AZN NETTO
Tələblər
- Proven experience in customer service, logistics, call centers, or insurance departments or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (EN + RU necessary, other (DE, FR, IT - would be a bonus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working handling overnight shifts.
- Good computer skills programs: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the transport and logistics industry.
- Knowledge of road regulations and fines/penalties.
- Previous experience or good understanding of handling traffic accidents and vehicle damage claims (according to EU law).
