The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running and the strategic planning of the residence’s operation.  You will ensure the delivery of exceptional and unique service standards across all areas. You will have a hands-on approach and take a proactive role with departmental managers in order to identify and support needs at all levels. You will be an inspirational leader, who is passionate in delivering extraordinary guest experiences and who takes pride in sharing success with your team. With extensive experience in luxury properties the ideal candidate will be able contribute to maximizing our existing reputation, service excellence, revenue and profitability across all areas. You will deputize in the absence of the General Manager and continually develop the product and the guest service proposition of an InterContinental hotel making our brand promise come to life.

Ideally, we are looking for a well-rounded Operations Manager, with Rooms or Food & Beverage background in a luxurious hospitality environment. Our ideal candidate will be charismatic, sophisticated & cosmopolitan just like our guests.  They need to demonstrate high levels of guest focus as second nature and display that they have a solid financial, operational and commercial awareness.  In addition they will have demonstrated the ability to manage the roll out and successful delivery of projects that drive guest scores, revenue, efficiency or profitability.
