- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) at individual, departmental, and organizational levels.
- Design learning programs, including classroom, virtual, e-learning, and blended learning formats.
- Develop the company’s HSE training catalogue and training matrix.
- Coordinate internal and external trainers for program delivery.
- Plan, organize, and maintain the annual training calendar.
- Manage LMS platforms, training records, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Handle training logistics, including room setup, materials, vendors, and scheduling.
- Measure and report on training effectiveness using evaluation tools and metrics.
- Prepare periodic L&D reports and dashboards for management.
- Manage the full performance cycle: goal setting, mid-year review, year-end review, and calibration.
- Assist managers in creating managerial, functional, and individual-level KPIs.
- Support departments in designing and optimizing business processes in collaboration with HRBPs.
Conditions:
- Location: Gum Adasi, Baku, Azerbaijan
- Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)
- Transportation: Provided by the company via shuttle buses (to and from the office)

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development.
- Strong understanding of competency frameworks.
- Knowledge of KPI design, cascading, and measurement methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with excellent ability to work with formulas.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Ability to work with AI tools to support learning and OD processes.
- High proficiency in spoken and written Azerbaijani / English, Russian language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive mindset.
