- This is a full-time on-site role for an Outgoing Travel Specialist located in Baku;
- The Outgoing Travel Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as organizing guided tours, managing tourism operations, ensuring excellent customer service, developing tourism marketing strategies and implementing tourism plans.
Tələblər
- Proven experience as air tickets or travel manager, coordinator, or specialist (minimum 1 year);
- Excellent time management, budget management, and vendor management skills;
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities;
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to unforeseen circumstances;
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field;
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - intermediate;
- Experience with CRM/ERP software is a plus;
- Basic math skills;
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively in event planning and execution;
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and contribute effectively to a team environment;
- Knowledge of Galileo/Amadeus GDS is a plus.
