  • Channel Management:Build, manage, and develop relationships with Huawei's local partners, including distributors, resellers, and integrators;
  • Sales Enablement:Provide partners with Huawei product training, marketing resources, and technical support to enable successful sales;
  • Business Development:Identify and recruit potential new partners; develop strategies to increase partner revenue and market share;
  • Sales Planning & Execution:Define and execute partner business plans aligned with Huawei’s sales targets; monitor partner performance and take corrective actions when necessary;
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:Coordinate with internal teams including product, marketing, and technical support to address partner needs and opportunities;
  • Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to provide feedback to headquarters and adjust partner strategies accordingly;
  • Reporting & Analysis:Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and partner sales pipeline using Huawei tools.

Tələblər

  • Education:Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience:At least 3–5 years of experience in partner sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the ICT or telecom industry.
  • Language Skills:Fluent in English and Azerbaijani (both spoken and written); Russian is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of local market dynamics in Azerbaijan. Familiarity with ICT and telecom products and solutions. Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Other Requirements:Results-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to travel within the region or abroad as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
