İş haqqında məlumat

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within agreed deadlines, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legislation.
  • Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, holiday pay, statutory payments and payroll deductions.
  • Process payroll taxes, social insurance contributions and other statutory deductions accurately and on time.
  • Prepare payroll journals and reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements and final salary settlements.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee payroll data, ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll reports for management.
  • Coordinate payroll payments with banking institutions to ensure timely salary payments.
  • Support month-end and year-end payroll and financial close activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, tax regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance to ensure all payroll-related employee changes are accurately processed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee payroll enquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Undertake any other payroll or accounting duties as reasonably required.

Location: Rapid Solutions Main Office (BEGOC Business center)

Position Type: Full-time

Tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of payroll accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, labor law, taxation, and accounting principles.
  • Experience with payroll/accounting software (1C experience is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Azerbaijani, Russian language skills are an advantage.
