- Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen, manage, and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Handle requests and inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organize, attend, and prepare the CEO for meetings; take minutes and follow up on action points when required
- Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Arrange complex business and private travel itineraries
- Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive briefs
- Maintain filing systems and office documentation
- Source and order stationery and office equipment
- Support ad-hoc executive and project-related tasks
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Finance or related field preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Turkish
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Availability & Travel Requirements
- We are seeking a female candidate who is highly flexible and available for frequent international business travel, including 1–2 weeks abroad for trainings and executive meetings.
- This role is best suited for someone who can comfortably adapt to an intensive executive schedule and extended travel periods when required.
