  • Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Screen, manage, and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Handle requests and inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organize, attend, and prepare the CEO for meetings; take minutes and follow up on action points when required
  • Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Arrange complex business and private travel itineraries
  • Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive briefs
  • Maintain filing systems and office documentation
  • Source and order stationery and office equipment
  • Support ad-hoc executive and project-related tasks

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Finance or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Turkish
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Availability & Travel Requirements 

  • We are seeking a female candidate who is highly flexible and available for frequent international business travel, including 1–2 weeks abroad for trainings and executive meetings.
  • This role is best suited for someone who can comfortably adapt to an intensive executive schedule and extended travel periods when required.
