İş haqqında məlumat

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations);
  • Support the preparation of baseline schedules, resource-loaded schedules, and progress tracking systems;
  • Monitor project progress against plan, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions;
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of planning data;
  • Provide regular schedule forecasts, critical path analysis, and risk assessments;
  • Integrate planning with cost control, procurement tracking, and risk management for accurate project reporting;
  • Ensure schedules comply with contract requirements, company standards, and industry best practices (EPC/EPCM standards);
  • Generate and present progress reports, KPIs, S-curves, histograms, and dashboards to stakeholders;
  • Support claims, change management, and delay analysis through detailed schedule records;
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of planning processes, procedures, and systems.

Conditions:

  • Location: Gum Adasi, Baku, Azerbaijan;
  • Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday);
  • Transportation: Provided by the company via shuttle buses (to and from the office).

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project-based roles;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting);
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
  • Strong command of Primavera P6 and Power BI / Tableau;
  • Familiarity with cost control and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Language skills:

  • Fluent Azerbaijani ;
  • Minimum B1 level English (able to understand and communicate in work-related situations);
  • Russian (advantage).
