• Ensure the following are developed, maintained, assessed, and communicated:

- Level I – III logically – linked, where applicable resource-loaded, project schedules
- Look-Ahead schedules (6-week, 12-week, etc)
- Various Engineering, Fabrication, Construction and Commissioning dashboards
- Project S-curves for each project stage and every phase of the Execute stage (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning)
- Critical path summary schedules for management presentations and to enable clear decision making (analysis of options)
 

• Development, implementation and assurance of full compliance to planning engineering procedures and processes
• Ensure that approved change orders are received, reviewed and incorporated into the schedule in line with the change management procedure
• Perform “what if” and/or risked scheduling scenarios (as required) in order to recover schedule deviations along with assisting with development of alternative work sequences
• Lead schedule risk analysis process
• Assignment and guidance of the planning team to cover Concept development, pre-FEED, FEED and DE type of activities in Upstream Oil and Gas industry
• Determine and track planning-related Key Performance Indicators as part of supplier performance management activities
• Be committed to identifying continuous improvement initiatives and overseeing their implementation
• Closely support planning team’s training requirements and talent development. Demonstrate commitment to the development of Junior Planning Engineers and Graduates

• Bachelor’s degree in in science, engineering, business or similar field Master’s degree is preferred
• 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, including at least 3-5 years of experience of managing planning team
• Good working knowledge of Upstream Industry, its processes and business eco system
• Preferably mixed experience including Owner/Operator and international EPCm organizations
• Membership or Chartered status with a recognized professional body is preferred
