• Maintain and develop relationships with vendors, customers and sales team in the IT Power direction;
• Assist the team with submitting requests, processing orders, and tracking documentation;
• Organize and monitor the supply of power-related goods and services in accordance with technical requirements;
• Work with the database of vendors, suppliers, and products;
• Track deadlines and manage equipment delivery processes;
• Prepare regular reports.

• Higher technical education (preferably in electrical engineering or power distribution);
• Up to 2 years of experience in the IT, Power, or related industries;
• Knowledge of the basic principles of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), types of equipment, their technical specifications, key manufacturers, and suppliers; also Passive equipment and accessories (racks, PDUs, etc.); knowledge of IT Cooling and SCS is an advantage.
• Experience in building relationships with vendors;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian;
• Confident user of Excel, basic knowledge of 1C is a plus;
• Responsible and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with logistics processes is considered an advantage
