  • Provide care, supervision, and support to children throughout the school day, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Assist teachers during lessons, activities, and playtime, helping to prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
  • Support children with daily routines, including dressing, feeding, toileting, and hygiene when needed.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
  • Encourage positive behavior and help children develop social, emotional, and self-care skills.
  • Participate in outdoor play, walks, and other physical activities while ensuring safety and engagement.
  • Observe and report any concerns about children’s health, behavior, or development to the teacher or supervisor.
  • Assist with setting up and tidying up after meals, rest time, and classroom activities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Uphold the school’s policies and values, including respect, care, and professionalism at all times.

Tələblər

  • Secondary education required; a college degree or vocational qualification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of child development and early years care is desirable.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children (preferably in a preschool, nursery, or daycare setting).
  • Experience supporting teachers in classroom activities and caring for children aged 2–6 years.
  • Proven ability to create a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for children.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Genuine love and patience for working with young children.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of teachers.
  • Responsible, punctual, and attentive to children’s needs.
  • Basic understanding of health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
