- Monitoring KPIs and performance indicators at various stages of the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process, analyzing results, and preparing reports for decision-making;
- Supporting the update and implementation of procedures used in the execution of P2P processes;
- Ensuring the entry of requests into the control panel and monitoring and executing the steps of the P2P process in the system;
- Collecting data on supplier performance, preparing and analyzing related reports;
- Creating standard and custom SAP reports and ensuring their regular updates;
- Synthesizing data to improve P2P performance, identifying problems and areas for improvement;
- Analyzing expenses and preparing forecasting models in collaboration with the finance team;
- Analyzing the supply market, tracking price trends, and preparing forecasts on market pricing;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders throughout the procurement cycle to prepare the Annual Procurement Plan;
- Identifying key trends and non-standard nuances related to procurement activities;
- Preparing report files and standard templates using SAP and other tools.
Tələblər
- Education: Higher education;
- Work experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Language skills: Excellent command of Azerbaijani; good level of English;
- Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs; experience with ERP systems; ability to work with analytical tools is a plus;
- Additional requirements: Strong presentation skills and ability to prepare structured reports; project management and prioritization skills are a plus;
