İş haqqında məlumat

  • Identify internal requirements including quantities, specifications, and timelines.
  • Search for and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, lead time, and commercial terms.
  • Negotiate and formalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring optimal terms and long-term cooperation.
  • Manage purchase orders and delivery processes to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Assess supplier performance, including product quality and reliability, and propose improvement actions.

Logistics (excluding transportation):

  • Receive and inspect goods: verify quantity, quality, condition, and enter data into logistics systems.
  • Prepare orders: picking, packing, and ensuring proper packaging standards.
  • Manage returns (reverse logistics): support processes of repair, recycling, or restocking with focus on cost and time efficiency.
  • Track and analyze logistics data: monitor stock levels and flows in real time, and propose improvements based on KPIs and reports.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of English and Russian (intermediate or higher)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with documentation
