İş haqqında məlumat

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies for projects to optimize costs, enhance supplier quality, and mitigate risks;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
  • Coordinate import/export processes and project-related supply chain needs.
  • Ensure all procured goods and services meet quality standards and comply with company procedures.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve procurement systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with legal, financial, and technical teams.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.

Interactions:

  • Work closely with operations, finance, and project teams;
  • Foster strong relationships with business representatives and third-party service providers;
  • Represent the company professionally in dealings with suppliers and contractors.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Master’s degree or certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management – CIPS, PMP, etc.);
  • 3–5 years of relevant procurement/supply chain experience;
  • Industry experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, or real estate is highly valued;
  • Strong background in contract, tendering, and supplier negotiations;
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel;
  • Professional level of English (written and spoken).excellence.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple purchase orders and contracts simultaneously;
  • High ethical standards and transparency;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
