- Conduct market research and evaluate suppliers in local and international markets, including price analysis and benchmarking;
- Place purchase orders, monitor supply chain processes, and ensure on-time delivery;
- Manage supply orders: placement, tracking, reporting, and closure;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and long-term cooperation;
- Liaise with logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and accurate invoicing;
- Resolve issues related to defective or non-compliant goods and coordinate returns or replacements;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement standards;
- Maintain up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field;
- Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain;
- Good knowledge of tracking, planning, and scheduling;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of 1C, SAP, Oracle;
- COINS or other procurement software is a strong advantage;
- Understanding of contract terminology, competitive bidding, purchase orders, and vendor relationship management;
- Languages: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian (good);
- Personal skills: detail-oriented, strong negotiation abilities, collaborative team player;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure;
- Please note: This position will report directly to the Commercial Director and will be part of the commercial department structure.
