- Procure goods and services: Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing based on internal requisitions.
- Conduct market research: Compare prices and suppliers in both local and international markets.
- Visit local markets: Acquire spare parts and materials directly when needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including supplier information, contracts, invoices, and order history.
- Ensure delivery and quality compliance: Monitor supplier performance and product standards.
- Plan and analyze procurement activities: Improve efficiency and streamline purchasing processes.
- Track the status of orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Use ERP software: Enter orders and track their progress digitally.
- Coordinate with Internal team: Align with Planning & Operation Department to make sure timely and cost-effective Procurement processes are being implemented.
- Coordinate with logistics teams: Align delivery schedules and transportation needs.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage.
- CIPS certificate is an asset.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Procurement experience.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English languages is necessary, Russian language is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with advanced use of MS Office suite
- Time management and ability to meet the deadlines
